Has there been a change in the mechanism for synchronized (cross-program) scrolling?

I have both TW-Logos and TW-Folio installed. TW-Folio will scroll with BART, but TW-Logos does not. (I don't have Paratext installed to try that.) I have the scroll group in both BART & Logos set to A. Given the description, I would have expected, when using page-down in scripture, both BART & TW-Folio to follow Logos and vice-versa, but they don't.

Perhaps the underlying mechanism has changed. But based on the limited information above, I thought it should work. The information above seems to mostly focus on Paratext, eg. BART scrolling with Paratext, so it's possible Paratext supports both old & new methods and that's why it works. There was nothing written above about BART scrolling with TW-Logos...

Anyone out there on the Paratext or TE development team who knows the answer to this?
