To add a new session to the current project, do the following steps:

1. Click the Sessions tab.
2. Click the appropriate button on the bottom left hand side according to the type of session:
   1. “New” Creates an empty session which can have the meta data added and files dragged or added to it.
   2. “New from Device” Opens a dialogue to add files from an SD card or recording device.
   3. “New from Recording” allows you to record directly into the session.
3. A new session is added.  Enter session metadata.
4. As necessary, add files to the new session.
5. Enter or edit file metadata.
