Session 4: Scripture App Builder

LO:

• Participants will use aeneas to synchronize text and audio files using Paratext text files and FCBH audio recordings.
• Participants will build an app with text-audio synchronization and build HTML files for use in Windows, Mac, Linux.

 

Hook:

• Show video “Romantic Dinner”
• Show HTML text-audio synchronization.

 

Book:

• Demonstrate the use of aeneas to synchronize one chapter of Mwaghavul. Discuss options in wizard.
• Go to Audio settings (not in Book Collection) and show 4 ways of audio inclusion.

 

Look:

• Build a Mwaghavul app with audio-text synchronization for all of Mark.
• Look at app size with audio included and not included.
