To add a Webinar, click + Create Item

To edit a Webinar, find it in the list, click the title, and edit.

Set the date to the day the Webinar happened.

Set the last field to the number of the Vimeo code.  For example, if the Vimeo URL is:

 

Then set the Vimeo ID to: 1169690803
